【摘要】 目的 临床通过口腔冲洗对舌癌术后的口腔护理应用效果的观察，找出适合的口腔护理方法，提高护理质量。 方法 通过2014年6到2014年12月对72名舌癌根治术患者行口腔冲洗联合使用康复新含漱液后患者口腔清洁度、舒适度、异味、溃疡等及口腔分泌物观察 结果 32名患者未见口腔溃疡发生，口腔清洁度良好，其中除2例轻微口腔异味，其余患者均未发生异状现象，取得了很好的临床护理效果。结论：口腔冲洗在口腔护理的过程中，能有效的清除因手术残留的污垢、血迹，保持患者口腔清洁。
