【摘要】 目的：对化症汤在气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者中的治疗效果进行分析。方法：选取我院2012年6月—2014年6月间68例气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者，将患者分为两组，每组34例，1组采用常规方式进行治疗，2组采用化症汤治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：1组治疗痊愈的11例，治疗显著的13例，治疗有效的9例，治疗无效的1例，治疗总有效率为70.6%；2组治疗痊愈的23例，治疗显著10例，治疗有效的1例，无治疗无效的患者，治疗总有效率为97%，两组比较p<0.05。结论：化症汤在气滞血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者中的治疗效果显著。
