Abstract: In accordance with the theory of harmonization and rectification and the error- correction model, this paper measuresthe long term equilibrium relation and short- term fluctuation effect among China's GDP ultimate consumption, GDP, price leveland the interest rate, and gives a new interpretation to the present weak of consumer demand.
