肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)和抗凋亡之间相关性探析(1)
摘要：肿瘤多药耐药是肿瘤放疗与化疗失败的一个重要原因，这种情况的产生在一定程度上同肿瘤细胞的高表达ABC超家族的外排泵及肿瘤本身所表现出的抗凋亡作用有关。为了进一步分析肿瘤多药耐药和抗凋亡之间的相关性，本文根据相关文献与参考进行了综述。
