细菌对氟喹诺酮类药物耐药机制的研究分析(1)
摘要：喹诺酮类药物是一类由萘啶酸发展起来的合成抗菌药，其中氟喹诺酮类药物于20世纪80年代起陆续上市，属于第三代喹诺酮类药物，具有抗菌谱广、抗菌活性高、组织穿透性强等特点且可单药使用。近年来，随着氟喹诺酮类药物在临床中的广泛使用，对其耐药菌株也在世界各地频繁出现。下面就细菌对氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制研究进展作一简要介绍。
