摘要：目的： 观察奥氮平与奋乃静在脑外伤所致精神障碍治疗过程中的情况，了解两者治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍的优缺点。 方法： 对照分析105例脑外伤所致精神障碍患者随机采用这两种药物的疗效和不良反应。结果 两种药物对治疗脑外伤所致精神障碍效果相近，奥氮平的起效快，镇静作用强，无锥体外系反应。 结论： 奥氮平更适合脑外伤所致精神障碍的治疗，不过用药应从小剂量开始，并注意血糖的变化。
