摘要：
目的：分析会东县肾结石发病情况以及影响因素。方法：选取会东县本地居住5年以上居民行肾脏B超检查与问卷调查，采用非条件Logistic多因素回归分析。结果：通过非条件Logistic回归分析后，进入模型变量的有BMI分级、饮食习惯、文化程度以及尿路感染病史等。结论：肾结石的危险因素为海鲜饮食、高文化者、肥胖者以及有尿路感染病史的患者，其蔬菜类饮食则具有保护作用。
