摘要：
目的：了解类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血浆D-二聚体水平及其临床价值。方法：测定45例RA患者，20例健康对照者的血浆D-二聚体水平及其他RA相关实验室指标RF、ESR、CRP。 结果：RA患者血浆D-二聚体水平及明显高于正常对照组。两组间差异有统计学意义。RA患者血浆D-二聚体水平与RF，ESR，CRP有相关性。结论：RA患者血浆D-二聚体水平测定有助于判断RA疾病的活动性。
