摘要：
右美托咪定是一种高选择性、高特异性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂。它能产生充分的镇静作用而无明显的呼吸抑制的特点广泛应用“术中唤醒”。右美托咪定还有中枢性镇痛作用和缩短局麻药起效时间和延长局麻药作用时间。

The New Progress Dexmedetomidine applied in Local anesthesia Wei-ke (Department of Anesthesiology，Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang National Medical College，Baise 533000，China)
Abstract：
Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective and highly specific α2 adrenergic receptor agonist. It can produce adequate sedation without significant respiratory depression .It is widely applied on waking up in intraoperative. Dexmedetomidine also had central analgesic effects and shorted the onset time of local anesthetic and It could prolonged the active duration of local anesthetic.
