摘要：
目的： 建立一种高效液相色谱法测定安康欣胶囊中苦参碱的含量。方法： 以ODS-C18为固定相，乙腈-甲醇-0.15%三乙胺(12.5：12.5：75)(用磷酸调节pH值至7.0)为流动相，检测波长为210nm。结果： 苦参碱线性范围为5.0μg/ml～150μg/ml，r=0.9998，加样回收率为98.56%，RSD为0.63%。结论： 该方法简便、可靠、准确，可用于安康欣胶囊的质量控制。

Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination the contect of matrine in Ankangxin Capsules. Methods In this study， ODS-C18 was adopted as stationary phase with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile- methanol -0.15% Triethylamine (12.5：12.5：75)，and Adjusted to pH 7.0 with phosphoric acid，the detection wavelength was at 210nm. Result The linear in sample size range of matrine was 5.0μg～150μg，r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.56%，RSD=0.63%. Conclusion This method is simple ......
