第六天。由于恢复了精力，我和朋友登上了海拔3,580米的那塘拉山口。穿过茂密的丛林山谷，最后抵达古朴的小镇Abin。我们在这里遇见了7名来自西安、充满活力的远足者，还有陪同他们的3名西藏赶骡人和6头骡子。他们从包里掏出蔬菜、肉和炒菜锅，邀请我们共享盛宴，所有人都在等待享用一顿传统的家庭大餐了。几天来一直依赖着冰冻干鱼、巧克力条和方便面的生活让我和尼科拉斯胃口大开。蒸米饭，绿色蔬菜，配上大蒜和红辣椒，还有黄豆煮猪肉泡菜，我们都吃得津津有味，还喝了几瓶澜沧江啤酒。酒足饭饱之后，我们就在繁星闪烁的蓝天下，在Abin镇商店的房顶上宿营。

    By Day 7 we have trekked down to the lowest altitude on the kora circuit (1760m), and finally reach the arid Nujiang (Salween) river valley. Making our way through some cactus groves, we come across one of the areas' geothermal hot springs. It feels fantastic to bathe after seven days of exertion, with only baby wipes to keep ourselves clean! In the evening we arrive in the outpost town of Ca Wa Long, where I decide to toss in the towel and find a muleteer and mule willing to accompany us on the remainder of our kora. Gyun-Chu, a 28 year-old Tibetan in a leather jacket volunteers to help us out with his mule. With our packs no longer weighing us down, we should be able to complete our trek a full 2-3 days ahead of schedule.
