Describing the New Pants as "trendy music brats" would not even be a little exaggerated. They have managed to ingeniously blend grassroots culture with more conventional trends, creating a new type of mainstream culture. Yet, it was this fun, rowdy, and flawed band that made the fans' eyes water up with their slow tempo tune Bye Bye Disco.
