【摘要】目的:了解应用抗病毒药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效分析。方法 总结了派罗欣;拉米夫定;苦参素;干扰素-odb与香菇菌多糖片;扶正化瘀胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的方法。 结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者血清氨基转移酶均得到明显下降,改善了患者的肝功能和抗肝纤维化作用。结论:应用中医药抗病毒及免疫调节药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎在生物化学方面取得较好疗效,且安全性好,使用方便,值得在临床推广应用。
