【摘要】目的:探讨椎间盘镜系统辅以术区注射玻璃酸钠治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:对32例单纯椎间盘突出症患者采用MED辅以术区注射玻璃酸钠进行治疗。结果:本组32例经8～24个月平均16个月的随访,根据改良Macnab评价标准,优20例,良10例,优良率94%。结论:MED辅以术区注射玻璃酸钠治疗单纯LDH,创伤小、出血少、恢复快、住院时间短、对脊柱后柱损伤轻微、疗效可靠,是治疗该病的理想方法。
