【摘要】目的:通过对郑州市齐礼闫乡2004～2008年度外来儿童口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗强化免疫实施效果的分析,以探讨流动儿童计划免疫管理的重点区域是否转移。方法:2004/2005～2007/2008年度郑州市齐礼闫乡强化免疫报表分析。结果:以2007/2008年度强化免疫期间外来儿童分布数据进行分析:路砦、孙八砦、冯庄等三环以内村庄外来儿童总数占全乡的4889%,本地儿童和外来儿童之比为1∶6.4,贾砦、荆胡、刘砦等三环以外的村庄外来儿童占全乡的51.11%,本地儿童和外地儿童之比为1∶4.6。结论:三环以外区域流动儿童接种人数逐渐上升,三环以内区域流动儿童接种人数逐渐减少,三环以外区域将成为基层计划免疫工作的重点区域。
