【摘要】目的:帮助过敏性疾病患者认识过敏反应的危害及掌握疾病防治方法。 方法:对106例过敏性疾病进行脱敏治疗的患者,给予健康知识宣教,心理、行为、饮食等的护理干预措施,使患者自觉遵医行为。 结果:过敏性疾病患者脱敏治疗依从性11%提高到89%,有效从16%提高到96%。 结论:积极护理干预能有效提高过敏性疾病患者脱敏治疗依从性及疗效,大大提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】Objective: The help allergic disease patient knew that allergic reaction the harm and masters the disease control method. Methods: Patient who carries on the desensitization treatment to 106 example allergic disease, gives the healthy knowledge propaganda, the psychology, the behavior, the diet and so on nursing intervention measure, causes the patient on own initiative to obey the medical behavior. Results: The allergic disease patient desensitization treatment compliance 11% enhance to 89%, from 16% enhances effectively to 96%.
