【摘要】目的:探讨结肠癌合并肠梗阻一期切除吻合术的安全性及其临床应用。方法:2000年2月至2010年2月我院收治23例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者,均行一期切除吻合术,术中进行有效肠腔减压和清洁灌洗。结果:所有手术均顺利完成;无吻合口漏等严重并发症发生,所有患者均痊愈出院。结论:结肠癌合并肠梗阻一期切除吻合术是安全的术式,但要掌握好适应证,加强围手术期处理,特别是术中应行有效肠减压和清洁灌洗。

    The Clinical Analysis of One-stage Resection and Anastomosis in Colon Carcinoma with Intestinal Obstruction in 23 cases

    【Abstract】ObIjective:To explore the safety and clinical application of one-stage resection and anasto-mosis in colon carcinoma with intestinal obstruction.Methods:23 cases with obstructing colon carcinomawere undergone one-stage resection and anastomosis in our hospital from Feb.2000 to Feb.2010.Boweldecompression and colonic lavage were carried out simultaneously in course of the operation.Results:All ea-SOS received one-stage resection and anastomosis successfully and there were no serious complications suchas stomal leak.Conclusion:It is safe for the patients with obstructing colon carcinoma to undergo one-stage resection and anastomosis.But indications,preoperative management and aggressive bowel decompres-sion and colonic lavage should be emphasized. ......
