【摘要】自发性血气胸是内科少见的严重疾病,是指非外伤引起的胸腔内积血积气。自发性血气胸是比自发性气胸更容易影响呼吸循环功能,重者可危及生命,老年人更是少见,需要及时确诊和紧急处理。

    【Abstract】The spontaneous blood pneumothorax is internal medicine department rare serious disease, is refers to the chest cavity which the non-flesh wound causes the hematocele pneumatosis. The spontaneous blood pneumothorax is easier than the spontaneous pneumothorax to affect the respiratory cycle function, heavy may endanger life, the senior citizen is rare, needs to diagnose promptly and the emergency treatment.
