【摘要】开展“消黄汤”治疗乙型黄疸型病毒性肝炎,“消黄汤”中重用茵陈、大黄,为该方中的君药。其中:茵陈最善清利湿热、利胆退黄,长于疗“通身发黄,小便不利”,取其后下芳香醒脾而能透邪畅气,为治疗黄疸的要药;大黄最善降瘀泻热、清热解毒、泻下攻积、止血,特点是清泻湿热,为治疗湿热黄疸的要药。
