【摘要】随着军队编制调整及现代化建设的发展,传统医疗保障模式已不能满足远离体系医院的基层官兵的健康需求。笔者以科学发展观为指导,就建立总队医院区域性接诊中心模式,在院前服务上下功夫,扩大优质高效的服务半径,解决偏远地区官兵医疗保障问题,推动部队卫生机构建设,提高部队自身卫勤保障能力进行了深入探索。
