【摘要】护理管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,护理人员是医疗队伍的主力军,护理人员的潜能发挥直接影响着护理工作的质量。管理者只有不断激励护理人员,调动她们的积极性,才能搞好护理工作,提高护理质量。

    【Abstract】The nursing management is the hospital management important component, the nursing staffs is the medical troop’s main army, nursing staffs’ potential display immediate influence is nursing the quality of the work. The superintendent only then drives the nursing staffs unceasingly, arouses their enthusiasm, can do well the nursing work, improves the nursing quality.
