佛山高明区7098例健康体检超重与肥胖的结果分析

【摘要】目的:为开展预防超重-肥胖的健康管理提供依据。方法:利用高明区人民医院健康体检中心健康体检管理软件准确掌握高明区的健康体检资料,采用排序法进行分析,针对性实施健康管理。结果:2009年共7098名干部职工在我院进行健康体检,其中结果全部正常者147人,占总人数2.1%。异常检出者6951人,占总人数97.9% 。居前3位疾病按检出率从高到低依次是超重-肥胖、高脂血症、脂肪肝,分别占总检人数47.24%、29.19%、23.82%。超重-肥胖已成为本次高明区干部职工健康体检中发现的首位疾病。结论:超重-肥胖已成为本次高明区干部职工健康体检发现的首位疾病,要加强对超重-肥胖的预防和治疗的宣教工作,提高个人的自我健康意识。【关键词】干部职工;超重-肥胖;健康管理
