老年烧伤的治疗体会

【摘要】目的:分析老年人烧伤的特点,以提高老年人烧伤患者的治愈率。方法:对我院2000年-2009年共收治43例60岁以上烧伤患者进行分析。结果:本组43例,治愈32例,死亡8例,其中重度5例,中度3例,死亡率约18%,3例放弃治疗。 结论:老年烧伤患者病情复杂,并发症及合并症多,病情与临床表现不符,对治疗的反应差,个体差异大,治疗更为复杂,所以要细心观察病情变化,积极早期合理治疗,精心护理,加强营养,以提高老年烧伤病人的治愈率。

【Abstract】Objective: Analyzes characteristic which the senior citizen burns, enhances the senior citizen to burn patient’s cure rate. Methods:2000 - 2009 altogether admitted above 43 example 60 years old to my courtyard to burn the patient to carry on the analysis. Results: This group of 43 examples, cure 32 examples, dies 8 examples, the specific weight 5 examples, the moderate 3 examples, the mortality rate the approximately 18%,3 examples give up treating. Conclusion: The old age burn patient condition is complex, the complication and the complications are many, the condition and the clinical manifestation symbol, to the treatment counter-differential, the individual difference are not big, the treatment is more complex, must therefore observe carefully the condition change, the positive early time treats reasonably, careful nursing, strengthens the nutrition, raises the old age burn patient’s cure rate ......
