【摘要】目的:探讨加强健康教育对控制手足口病医院感染的积极作用。方法:医务人员在执行消毒隔离措施的基础上,对在我院就诊的手足口病患儿及家长进行形式多样的健康教育,及时评估教育效果。结果:通过加强健康教育,提高了患儿及家长防治手足口病意识及执行预防控制措施的主动性,没有发生1例医院感染病例。结论:合理的健康教育对控制手足口病医院内交叉感染,防止疫情蔓延起到了举足轻重的作用,因此健康教育是预防手足口病医院感染的有效措施。
