【摘要】患者出院后, 通过建立医护联系卡,适时了解患者的一般状况,当患者出现呼吸困难,痰中带血,痰液变黄,切口处皮肤发红,切口处渗液,体温升高时应及时到医院就诊,这些都对提高患者的生活质量延长患者的生存时间起到重要的作用。

    【Abstract】After the patient leaves the hospital, through the establishment medical treatment and nursing relation card, at the right moment understands patient’s general condition, when the patient has the scant of breath, in the phlegm the belt blood, the sputamentum changes yellow, the margin place skin blushes, the margin place infiltrates the fluid, when rise of bodily temperature should to the hospital seeing a doctor, these to improve patient’s quality of life to lengthen patient’s life vital role promptly.
