【摘要】目的:探讨鼻出血患者出血的处理方法和快捷有效的治疗方法。方法:对我科室诊断治疗的患者进行回顾性总结。结果:只有6例2-3次再次寻找出血点后止血。结论:采用鼻内镜下准确定位出血点,并用微波或电凝进行有效止血的方法,明显减轻了患者的痛苦。传统的鼻腔填塞仍是鼻出血病人必不可少的治疗方法,选择适当的填塞材料能减少病人的痛苦,提高止血效果。
