【摘要】目的:评价下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值。方法:对120例下肢深静脉血栓形成的病例,以实时二维和加压探头观察,彩色血流显示和频谱多普勒检测,观察血栓形成的部位、范围及栓塞程度。结果:左下肢血栓102例,右下肢血栓17例,双下肢血栓1例。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成无创、准确、高度敏感。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the deep venous thrombosis of the value of color Doppler ultrasound. Methods: 120 patients with deep venous thrombosis cases and the pressure probe in real-time two-dimensional color flow and spectral Doppler display, observe the location of thrombosis, scope and extent of embolization of observation. Results: 102 cases of thrombosis of left lower limb, right lower limb thrombosis in 17 cases, 1 case of thrombosis of lower limbs. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis in non-invasive, accurate and highly sensitive.
