【摘要】目的:探讨老年人腹腔镜手术围手术期并发症的预防与治疗。方法:回顾分析近6年黄陂区人民医院外科收治的65岁以上腹腔镜手术治疗120例住院病人的临床资料。结果:120例患者术后除1例合并多脏器功能衰竭死亡之外,其余均治愈出院。 结论:老年人组织器官功能减退,并存病多,手术风险高,加强围手术期并发症的预防和治疗,采用个体化的治疗方案可大大提高手术成功率,降低手术死亡率和并发症发生率。
