电话随访对糖尿病患者低血糖反应的影响

【摘要】目的:探讨电话随访对糖尿病患者低血糖反应的影响,减少糖尿病患者低血糖反应发生。方法:100例出院的糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组在出院时进行常规出院指导,观察组在常规出院指导基础上,在出院后定期进行电话随访,2组患者于出院后6个月回院调查有无低血糖反应。结果:观察组低血糖反应比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电话随访对减少糖尿病患者的低血糖反应有着重要意义。

【Abstract】Objective:The discussion telephone revisit the influence which responded to the diabetic hypoglycemia, reduces the diabetic hypoglycemia to respond the occurrence. Methods: 100 example being out of hospital’s diabetic divides into the observation group and the control group, the control group when being out of hospital carries on the conventional being out of hospital instruction, the observation group in the conventional being out of hospital instruction foundation, after being out of hospital carries on the telephone revisit regularly, whether there is do 2 group of patients in leave the hospital the latter 6 months to return to the courtyard to investigate the hypoglycemia to respond ......
