【摘要】目的:探讨中医药治疗IgA肾病之从咽论治的优越性。方法:分别从中医理论和西医理论的角度比较和探讨IgA肾病反复发作的原因,并临床跟踪随访IgA肾病中医药的辩证论治的疗效。结果:西医认为IgA肾病反复发作是由于免疫功能缺陷和免疫功能低下,中医认为是和足少阴肾经交会于咽喉,外邪易由表入里传变;中医药治疗IgA肾病具有较佳疗效。结论:采用中医药从咽论治的方法治疗IgA肾病,有阻断外感病邪向里传变的作用,具有较高的临床价值。
