【摘要】类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种原因不明的以关节组织慢性炎症性病变为特点的全身性自身免疫性疾病,目前尚无特效治疗,本病属中医学“痹证”范畴,根据其临床表现,与中医古籍所记载的“历节病”、“白虎历节”、“骨痹”、“顽痹”等相似。
