【摘要】目的:探讨早产儿、低体重儿护理措施。方法:针对98例早产低出生体重儿采取保暖、合理喂养、病情观察、早期干预,预防感染及减少并发症等护理。结果:93例治愈出院,占95%;3例转院治疗,占3%,2例好转出院占2%。结论:精心护理,密切观察病情,预防和处理并发症是提高早产、低出生体重儿生存质量的关键。

    【Abstract】Objective: Discusses the premature infant, the low body weight nursing measure. Methods: Prematurely delivers the low birth weight in view of 98 examples to adopt maintains warmth, feeds, the condition observation, the early intervention reasonably, the prevention complication nursing and so on infects and reduces. Results: 93 examples are discharged, account for 95%; 3 examples transfer to another hospital the treatment, occupies 3%,2 example change for the better being out of hospital to account for 2%.
