【摘要】目的:探讨创疡草灵膏外敷治疗IV期压疮的疗效。方法:清创手术后,应用创疡草灵膏均匀涂抹创面。较大创面用药后,给与凡士林纱布覆盖。每天换药一次。结果:男13例,女性21例,年龄57-70岁。缺损面积2×5cm2,至15×10cm2,平均愈合用药时间18天,11-50天。结论:创疡草灵膏治疗IV期压疮,效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。

    【Abstract】Objective:To study the effect of “the Chineses herble paste for fester wound” in the treatment of IV stage pressure sores.Methods:34 cases with IV stage named necrosis ulcer pressure sores were treated with “the Chineses herble paste for fester wound”voluntery. Spread the paste on the wound once time everyday,recorded the curative effect and healing time.Results:The average healing time is 18 days,11-50 days. Conclusion:Effects of “the Chineses herble paste for fester wound”in the treatment of pressure sores are remarkable,is worth being promoted and applied in clinic. ......
