【摘要】以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)是一种以学生为中心的教学方式,强调调动学生的主观能动性,自己去寻找解决问题的方法,已逐渐形成一种新的现代教学模式。神经内科是医学实习生临床实习的重要科室,带教教师的主要任务是对实习生进行神经内科的临床训练。本文从实习前教育、实习中的“三基”训练及实习后的总结等三个方面阐述了神经内科临床实习的教学经验,以期为提高临床带教效果提供一定帮助。

    【Abstract】Take the question as the foundation teaching method (Problem-Based Learning, PBL) is one kind take the student as the central teaching way, stressed that transfers student’s subjective initiative, oneself seek solves the question method, has formed one kind of new modern educational model gradually. The nerve internal medicine department is the medicine intern clinical practice important administrative offices, the guidance and teaching teacher’s primary mission is carries on the nerve internal medicine department’s clinical training to the intern. This article educated, in the practice after the practice “the three basics” the training and the practice summary and so on three aspects elaborated the nerve internal medicine department clinical practice’s teaching experience, as enhanced the clinical guidance and teaching effect take the time to provide certain help. ......
