剖宫产术后腹部切口脂肪液化临床观察与防治

     【摘要】随着人们生活水平日益提高,孕妇在妊娠期间体重增加及高频电刀的广泛应用,剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的发生明显增加。脂肪液化是脂肪受损破裂,坏死,液化的过程。非炎症反映,非细菌感染,但这增加了切口感染的机会。延长切口愈合时间,加重患者的精神和经济负担。为此,在临床实践中不断的总结出更好的防治措施,以减少脂肪液化的发生率。

    【Abstract】Enhances day by day along with the people living standard, pregnant woman in pregnancy period weight gain and high frequency electricity knife’s widespread application, after c-section technique, the margin fat liquefies the occurrence increases obviously. The fat liquefication is the fat suffers injury the breakage, necrosis, the liquefied process. The non-inflammation reflected, non-bacterial infection, but this increased the margin infection opportunity. The extension margin cicatrization time, aggravates patient’s spirit and the economic burden. Therefore, in clinical practice unceasing summary better prevention measure, reduces the formation rate which the fat liquefies. ......
