低成本个体化治疗\护理干预与辽宁省西丰县农村地区高血压患者药物治疗依从性关系的分析(1)

【摘要】目的:探讨低成本个体化治疗、护理干预对提高高血压病人依从性的效果。方法:将西丰县13个乡镇、86个自然村的18-65周岁的常住居民进行高血压筛查,共筛查出9030例高血压患者,其中4545例与村医生签订知情同意书,经过省专家-县专家-乡村医生的三级培训模式培训,进行有计划、有系统的健康教育和用药指导,定期随访,并对干预前、干预后病人的治疗依从性进行调查。结果:随访18个月后,干预前、干预后4442例病人的治疗依从性比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:对高血压病人实施个体化治疗、护理干预可提高高血压病人的治疗依从性,从而提高知晓率、治疗率和控制率,提高其生命质量。
