【摘要】急性心肌梗死是因冠状动脉供血急剧减少或中断,使相应的心肌严重而持久地缺血,导致心肌坏死。该病起病急,病情重,并发症较多,尤其以心律失常,心源性休克,心衰多见,所以死亡率较高,再加上住院费用高,使这类患者承受的心理压力更大。

    【Abstract】Because the acute cardiac arrest is the coronary artery blood supply reduces or the interrupt suddenly, causes the corresponding cardiac muscle seriously and lastingly ischemia, causes the cardiac muscle necrosis. Should get sick critically ill, the condition is serious, the complication are many, especially by the arrythmia, the heart source shock, the heart fades sees, therefore the mortality rate is high, in addition is hospitalized the expense to be high, causes the pressure which this kind of patient withstands to be bigger.
