【摘要】目的:通过在CCU监护病房开展无陪护舒适护理,达到提高护理质量,促进患者早日康复。方法:以人为本,提供温馨舒适的环境,护士耐心、细心、热情、专业的护理,对每一位患者进行全方面的评估,制定个性化护理方案,对患者存在的及潜在的护理问题实施主动性及预见性护理,体现了对患者的关爱和重视,使患者得到生理、心理、社会、精神的舒适。结果:在CCU监护病房对临时起搏患者开展舒适护理,患者发生起搏电极移位、便秘、腰酸等并发症显著降低,而综合满意度显著增高。结论:对心脏临时起搏患者实施舒适护理,减少了患者的痛苦,保证了患者的安全,降低了住院费用,提高了患者满意度,深化了整体护理的内涵,创造了良好的社会效益。
