【摘要】膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其主要治疗方法是手术,术后再施以预防性膀胱内灌注化疗。膀胱内灌注化疗药物是目前最常用的预防膀胱癌术后肿瘤复发的措施,但灌注疗程长,灌注频繁,加上化疗药物普遍存在较强的毒副作用,所以膀胱灌注后不良反应及并发症时有发生。
