【摘要】小儿急性上呼吸道感染是小儿最常见的疾病,而其并发症可迁延或加重,故必须对上呼吸道感染及其并发症的临床特点作全面的观察和分析,以便早期诊断,早期治疗,提高疗效,切不可认为是日常小病而轻率对待。本文提示对小儿上呼吸道感染致高热的护理非常重要,应引起医务工作者的高度重视。

    【Abstract】The young child acute upper respiratory tract infection is the young child most common disease, but its complication may procrastinate or the aggravation, must therefore makes the comprehensive observation and the analysis to the upper respiratory tract infection and the complication clinical characteristic, so that the early diagnosis, the early treatment, can enhance the curative effect, cuts cannot think that is the daily slight illness, but treats rashly. This article prompts to the young child upper respiratory tract infection sends the high fever nursing to be important, should cause the medical worker to take seriously.
