【摘要】做好呼吸道的管理工作是预防老年患者心脏手术后肺部并发症的一项护理措施。从1993年2月至2010年6月,我科先后为240例60岁以上的老年患者开胸行心脏手术。术后在常规护理的基础上采取合理的呼吸道管理。方法:术前教育,深呼吸训练,正确咳嗽方法及变换体位,胸部叩击,背部震动呼吸治疗,呼吸道湿化,雾化,协助排痰,吸气训练器的正确使用等措施。结果:肺部并发症发生率明显降低,并且能早期离床活动和缩短了住院天数。增强了老年患者的生活自理能力,提高了生活质量,收到了良好的临床效果。

    【Abstract】After completing respiratory tract’s supervisory work is prevents the old age patient heart surgery, a lungs complication nursing measure. From February, 1993 to June, 2010, my branch was successively 240 example 60 year-old above old age patient holds the chest good heart surgery. After the technique, adopts the reasonable respiratory tract management in the conventional nursing foundation. Methods: Before the technique educates, the deep breathing training, coughs correctly the method and the transformation body posture, the chest knocks on strikes, the back vibrates the breath treatment wet, the respiratory tract, the atomization, assists a row of phlegm, inspiration trainer measures and so on correct use. Results: The lungs complication formation rate reduces obviously, and could the early time get out of bed to move and to reduce in hospital number of days. Strengthened the old age patient’s life to take care of oneself ability, improved the quality of life, has received the good clinical effect. ......
