【摘要】目的:对重症患者的睡眠状况及其影响因素进行调查分析。方法:采用自行设计的问卷表,对入住ICU的200例重症患者进行调查。结果:130例患者(65%)出现睡眠不良;影响睡眠的因素依次是睡眠环境、体位的限制、疼痛、主观不良感受、术前患有失眠症、低氧血症、药物的影响等。结论:重症患者存在一定的睡眠问题,护理人员应采取措施改善其睡眠。

【Abstract】Objective: Carry on the diagnosis to critically ill patient’s sleep condition and the influencing factor. Methods: Uses questionnaire table which independently designs, to 200 example critically ill patient who moves in ICU carries on the investigation. Results: 130 example patients (65%) presents the sleep bad; Before the influence sleep’s factor is in turn the sleep environment, the body posture limit, the ache, the subjective bad feeling, the technique, contracts the vigilance, the low oxygen blood sickness, the medicine influence and so on.
