【摘要】目的:最大限度地延长老年期的健康时段,实现健康老龄化。方法:通过实施老年保健措施与护理。结果:提高了老年人群的生活质量和健康状况。结论:通过社区老年保健措施 与护理的落实。极大的提高了老年人的健康状况和自我保健意识,减轻了家庭和社会的负担、维护了整过社会的发展与稳定。

    【Abstract】Objective: Maximum limit lengthens the old stage the healthy time interval, realizes the health aging. Methods: Through implementation geriatric care measure and nursing. Results: Improved the old age crowd’s quality of life and the state of health. Conclusion: Through community geriatric care measure and nursing realization. The enormous enhancement senior citizen’s state of health and self-health care consciousness, reduced the family and society’s burden, maintain have put in order society’s development and the stability.
