【摘要】目的:探讨儿科住院患者程序化健康教育的效果。 方法:按随机分组的方法,将2009年6月-2009年11月收治的300例患儿随机分为两组,实验组由责任护士按健康教育5步骤模式,根据不同的年龄及病种采取不同的教育方式;对照组则在不同的时间针对患儿及家属不同时期出现的健康问题给予指导。结果:程序化健康教育可提高患儿及家属对健康教育知识的知晓率和健康教育行为形成率;减少并发症的发生。结论:程序化健康教育缩短了患儿的平均住院时间,提高了治愈率,融恰了护患关系。
