【摘要】目的:探讨一种有效的糖尿病健康教育模式,提高教育质量。 方法:将180例住院糖尿病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,对照组采用传统的健康教育方式。 结果:实验组患者掌握糖尿病相关知识和技能、对疾病的认知态度、自我管理能力、遵医行为等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。 结论:临床护理路径是一种适合本地情况的健康教育模式,可有效提高健康教育效果。
