【摘要】新医改的全面实施给地方医学院校毕业生就业带来新的机遇与挑战。本文以走访地方医学院校学生、学校相关就业负责人、地方卫生局和基层医院为依据,立足于考察医改新政的实施对医学生就业的影响,根据调查结果提出更好的促进地方医学院校医学生就业的对策,对引导地方医学毕业生合理就业具有十分重要的现实意义。
