【摘要】目的:探讨薏苡仁提取物(康莱特)注射液对宫颈癌组织Langerhans细胞(LC)的影响。方法:宫颈癌患者61例随机分为治疗组32例和对照组29例,治疗组患者围手术期采用康莱特注射液治疗,采用免疫组化S-P法观察手术切除宫颈癌组织内LC的变化及形态特征,并与对照组比较。结果:治疗组宫颈癌组织内LC显著增多(P<0.05),且与癌细胞密切接触,反映对癌细胞杀伤的作用增强。结论:薏苡仁提取物具有抗癌作用,具有益气养阴、消散结的功能。可改善宫颈癌患者围手术期机体的免疫功能,提高手术治愈率,延长生存期。

【Abstract】Objective:Coix Seed Extract (KLT) injection on cervical Langerhans cells (LC) effects. Methods:61 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases, 29 cases of perioperative treatment of patients with KLT injection, using immunohistochemical SP cervical surgery observed the changes within the LC and morphological characteristics, and compared with the control group.
