【摘要】目的:观察糖尿病足的治疗效果。方法:对2006年1月-2009年12月收治的22例糖尿病足入院后予胰岛素强化治疗,控制血糖、营养神经、扩张血管、改善微循环,同时实施健康教育和糖尿病足护理。结果:22例患者经综合治疗后,15例治愈出院,4例好转,3例因左足趾背部已有不同程度坏死,2例转院,1例截肢。结论:糖尿病足需内外科综合治疗才能取得满意的疗效。

    【Abstract】Objective: Observation diabetes full treatment result. Methods: 22 example diabetes foot in hospital which admits after January, 2006 - December, 2009 gives the insulin strengthening treatment, the control blood sugar, the trophic nerve, the expansion blood vessel, the improvement microcycle, simultaneously implements the health education and diabetes foot nursing. Results: 22 example patients after complex therapy, 15 examples are discharged, 4 examples change for the better, because 3 examples the left tip of toe back had the varying degree necrosis, 2 examples transfer to another hospital, 1 example amputation.
