【摘要】对老年病人也没有固定的麻醉方法是最好的,选择时应把麻醉方法和药物结合,同时结合病人的体格病情及病人的手术范围方式。对每例麻醉实施严密的监测,细心的观察,精心调控,才能获得满意的麻醉和保障病人的安全。

    【Abstract】Also does not have the fixed anaesthesia method to the old age patient is best, when choice should the anaesthesia method and the medicine union, simultaneously unifies patient’s physique condition and patient’s surgery scope way.     我院2009年实施80岁以上老年病人手术麻醉16例,我们根据病人全身情况及合并疾病和手术部位、方式的不同选择麻醉方法,所有病例围手术期较平稳,总结如下:

    1资料与方法

    1.1一般资料:男9例,女7例,年龄80～88岁,平均年龄83.5岁,择期手术13例,急诊手术3例,术前合并脑血管病2例,心电图提示完全性右束支传导阻滞2例,窦性心动过缓3例,合并慢支炎肺气肿2例 ......
