【摘要】目的:探讨泪道探通联合迪可罗眼用凝胶注入治疗婴幼儿泪道阻塞的疗效。方法:对63例67眼婴幼儿泪道阻塞病例,采用带注水孔泪道探针探通泪道联合迪可罗眼用凝胶注入泪道进行治疗。结果:63例67眼中,用此方法1次治愈者61眼,2次治愈者3眼,3次治愈者1眼 ,无效者2眼,治愈率97%。结论:泪道探通联合迪可罗眼用凝胶注入治疗婴幼儿泪道阻塞,操作简便,安全有效。
